### Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to **all addresses across the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland**. International shipping may be added in future.

### Processing Time
Orders are processed within **1–2 working days** (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

### Delivery Times & Costs
- **Standard UK Delivery**: £3.99 | **3–5 working days**
- **Free Standard Delivery**: On all orders over **£50**
- **Express UK Delivery**: £6.99 | **1–2 working days** (order before 2pm)

### Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to follow your order.

### Delivery Issues
- If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a card with re-delivery or collection options.
- Lost parcels: Please allow up to 7 working days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us. We will open an investigation with the courier.
